General Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable once services have been utilized.
  • If you’ve made a payment but haven’t used any services, you can request a refund through the link provided in your payment confirmation email.
  • Auto renewal can be turned off via the My Membership section in your account.

  • You can cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled visit and request a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days, subject to GST deductions.

Auto Renewal Cancellation
